Q: What are "Styx Lounge contests", how often are they held, and how will I know about them? What can I win?

A: Timing of the Styx Lounge member contests will vary. The contests will range from Styx related trivia to other unique and engaging concepts the Styx Lounge team will design with the goal of keeping membership exciting and fun. All contests will be posted in the "News" area of the Styx Lounge. Lounge members are encouraged to sign-in daily for the latest news and information. Prizes will vary based on the approval of Styx and their management.

Q: What does “Access to Ticket Concierge” mean?

A:  For each show offering a Styx Lounge presale, three (3) Renegade Lounge members will be randomly selected from the RSVP list, two (2) will be the intended winners, one (1) will be an alternate if the first two selected cannot be contacted. The first two who are reached will be given the opportunity to purchase a pair of the best seats available to the Lounge (4 tickets total are available) - before the presale occurs. This raffle will take place the day of presale before the sale begins approximately within 1 hour prior to the start of the sale. A "Renegade" level Styx Lounge membership automatically enrolls you for the chance to participate in the raffle. To qualify for a specific concert, you must indicate that you are going by clicking the RVSP button under “Going” for any show you plan on attending, to be eligible the RSVPs are due by 11:59 p.m PST the previous night of the presale. (The “RSVP” button can be found in the “Shows” area on the homepage. From there, click on the show you are interested in RSVPing to and then click “Click to RSVP”.)

Note: It is required that you provide a phone number where you can best be reached (before that day’s presale starts) in your My Profile details. Click My Account at the top of the page, then Update My Profile on the left.  Your phone number will not be visible to other Lounge members. No single Renegade Lounge member will be eligible to win Ticket Concierge access more than one time during any one calendar year. However, if there are only three (3) or less that RSVP or can be contacted regarding any given Ticket Concierge contest, those that did RSVP will have the opportunity to win regardless of having won before.

Q: What is the RSVP cutoff time to be eligible for the Presale “Renegade Member”  Day of Ticket Concierge raffles?

A: In order to be included in the Presale "Renegade Member" Ticket Concierge raffles,  you must RSVP by 11:59PM (one minute before midnight) Pacific on the night before the presale.

Q: What does access to best available Styx Lounge presale seats mean?

A: Your Styx Lounge membership automatically entitles you to the best seats available to the Lounge, before the general public on-sale begins. The Styx Lounge members presale format is a first come, first serve basis. Members are notified in advance of presale details via email and the Lounge Forum Presale Announcement folder. Not all shows will offer ticket presales.

Q: Why don’t I always see the shows posted here first?

A: Inevitably, there will be instances when fans become aware of certain shows before they can be posted here.  It is unfortunate, and we do our best to minimize it.  We are required to adhere to agreed-upon local announcement dates, set by the promoter and/or venue.  At times, radio is given the “privilege” of breaking the news to their market, and at times a radius clause with other markets can apply that doesn’t allow us to talk about a show until another show within a certain radius has passed.  As well there can be situations where a local press release has to be to be serviced before anything can be announced publicly, here.  These are some of the various reasons fans may know of a show before it is posted here. We must be respectful of these guidelines, even though it can occasionally mean that word leaks before we can list a show.  The aim is that these scenarios are at a minimum. The goal is the fans and Lounge members be able to Sign In here for the Styx Lounge to be the first source of official STYX news and tour dates.

A:  Sign in and click “My Account” at the top of the page. Under your lounge name you will see a corresponding discount code for official STYX merchandise.
